سياسة توصيل الطلبات – وهج للكتب

في وهج للكتب نهتم إن طلبك يوصل بسرعة وأمان! 
إليك تفاصيل سياسة التوصيل:
 مدة تجهيز الطلب
  • يتم تجهيز الطلب خلال 1–3 أيام عمل بعد تأكيد الدفع.
  • مدة وصول الشحنة تختلف حسب المنطقة وطريقة التوصيل.
 طرق التوصيل
  • توصيل عبر شركة شحن لعنوان البيت.
  • إمكانية الاستلام من نقطة استلام بالتنسيق المسبق. 
 تكلفة التوصيل
  • تُعرض تكلفة الشحن في صفحة الدفع، وتختلف حسب المنطقة وطريقة التوصيل.
  • في بعض العروض، قد يتوفر شحن مجاني عند الشراء فوق مبلغ معيّن.
 تتبّع الشحنة
عند شحن الطلب، بنبعت لك رسالة SMS أو إيميل مع رقم التتبع حتى تقدري تتابعي مسار الطرد بأي وقت.
 تأخيرات محتملة
قد تحدث تأخيرات بسبب ضغط العمل، الطقس أو ظروف خارجية خارجة عن إرادتنا، وبالرغم من ذلك سنبقى دائمًا معك لمتابعة وصول طلبك بأفضل طريقة 💚.

  • Delivery time varies depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.

  • Home delivery via a courier service.

  • Pickup from a collection point upon prior coordination.

  • Delivery to a drop-off point (if available on the website).

 Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on your location and delivery method.

  • Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount during special promotions.

 Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with a tracking number so you can check your package’s status at any time.

Delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or factors beyond our control, but we will always stay in touch to ensure your books reach you safely .

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not happy with the item you received, you may request a return under the following conditions:

📌 Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you received your order.
📌 Items must be in new, unused condition, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
📌 Please contact us before sending the item back to receive the proper return instructions.
📌 Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
📌 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error in the order).

If you received a defective item or an incorrect order, we will replace it at no extra cost.
 

نحن نرغب بأن تكوني راضية تمامًا عن كل عملية شراء. إذا لم تكوني سعيدة بالمنتج الذي وصل إليكِ، يمكنكِ طلب إرجاعه وفقًا للشروط التالية:

📌 يُقبل الإرجاع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
📌 يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالة جديدة وغير مستخدم، دون أي ضرر، وفي عبوته الأصلية.
📌 يرجى التواصل معنا قبل إعادة المنتج للحصول على تعليمات الإرجاع الصحيحة.
📌 بعد استلامنا للمنتج وفحصه، سنقوم بإصدار استرداد مالي إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.
📌 تكلفة شحن الإرجاع تكون على عاتق العميل/ة (إلا في حال وصل المنتج تالفًا أو كان هناك خطأ في الطلب).

💬 في حال استلمتِ منتجًا تالفًا أو طلبًا غير صحيح، سنقوم باستبداله بدون أي تكلفة إضافية.
