سياسة الشحن – وهج للكتب

في وهج للكتب نحرص على توصيل طلباتكم بأمان وبأسرع وقت ممكن.

معالجة الطلبات
يتم تجهيز ومعالجة الطلبات خلال مدة تتراوح بين 1–3 أيام عمل بعد تأكيد عملية الدفع. الطلبات التي يتم تقديمها خلال عطلة نهاية الأسبوع أو العطل الرسمية تُعالج في يوم العمل التالي.

مدة الشحن
تتراوح مدة التوصيل المتوقعة بين 2–3 أيام عمل، وذلك حسب منطقة التوصيل وشركة الشحن المعتمدة. قد تحدث تأخيرات خارجة عن إرادتنا خلال المواسم المزدحمة أو الظروف الطارئة.

تكاليف الشحن
يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن عند إتمام عملية الشراء بناءً على عنوان التوصيل، ويتم عرض التكلفة بوضوح قبل تأكيد الطلب.

مسؤولية بيانات التوصيل
يتحمل العميل مسؤولية إدخال بيانات الشحن بشكل صحيح ودقيق. لا تتحمل وهج للكتب مسؤولية أي تأخير أو فشل في التسليم ناتج عن إدخال معلومات غير صحيحة أو غير مكتملة.

الطرود المتضررة أو المفقودة
في حال استلام طلب متضرر أو عدم استلام الطلب خلال المدة المتوقعة، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام أو من التاريخ المتوقع للتسليم، وسنعمل على معالجة المشكلة في أقرب وقت ممكن.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Wahj Books is not responsible for any delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is not received within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order or from the expected delivery date. We will follow up with the shipping company and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
